PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in an open public meeting on July 9, 2026 the Township of Middle Zoning Board approved an application submitted by William Dougherty related to the property located at 9 Domi Drive, Block 163.03, Lot 13, Cape May Court House. The Board granted approval for a use variance for two principal structures on one lot. The Board memorialized its approval in Resolution #262308 adopted August 13, 2026.
