PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in an open public meeting on July 9, 2026 the Township of Middle Zoning Board approved an application submitted by Randall Goodman related to the property located at 73 Route 47 South, Block 48, Lots 36 & 37, Cape May Court House. The Board granted approval for a minor subdivision and preliminary and final major site plan with associated variances. The Board memorialized its approval in Resolution #251111 & #252333 adopted August 13, 2026.
