PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 10th day of September, 2026 at 6:00 P.M., at the Middle Township Municipal Building, located at Boyd and Mechanic Streets, Cape May Court House, New Jersey 08210, the Middle Township Zoning Board will hold a hearing on the application wherein the Applicant is seeking to relocate a single family dwelling on the property located at Block 1065, Lot 8 on the Middle Township Tax Map. Variance relief is requested under Section 250-408(E) for lot area, lot width, lot frontage, and side yard set back and a use variance is further requested under Section 250-408(B) for non-conforming principal use. Any additional variances, waivers and/or approvals the Zoning Board may deem necessary.
A copy of the said application and accompanying documents will be on file with the Secretary of the Middle Township Planning/Zoning Board Officer at least ten (10) days prior to the said hearing and may be inspected, during normal business hours, in the Middle Township Zoning Office, Middle Township Municipal Building, Boyd and Mechanic Streets, Cape May Court House, New Jersey. Further, any interested party may appear in person or by attorney at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Middle Township Zoning Board. This notice is published pursuant to the requirements of the Municipal Land Use Law.
