PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 14th day of July, 2026, at 6:00 PM, prevailing time, at the Middle Township Municipal Building, located at Boyd and Mechanic Streets, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210, the Middle Township Planning Board will hold a hearing on the application for development of the undersigned.
The Applicant seeks approval to subdivide the property into three separate lots. Variances are requested from the provisions of the ordinance Section 250-408(E) Bulk requirements for TB Town Business: lot width and frontage for proposed lot 26.01 for minimum lot width and lot frontage of 98.25 feet where 100 feet is required; Maximum front yard which will be greater than 25′ (Preexisting condition); Section 250-631(B) Accessory structures in front yard; Section 250-623(A) Accessory structures minimum 10′ distance to principal structure; Section 218-77(A)(1) off street parking; stacked parking, a variance to permit stacked parking; a waiver from providing a traffic study, environmental impact statement, and community impact statement; together with any and all other variances and or waivers that the Board shall deem necessary at the time of the hearing for the property designated as Lot 26 in Block 355.02 on the Municipal Tax Map of Middle Township, known as 1171 Route 9 South.
A copy of the said application and accompanying documents will be on file with the Secretary of the Middle Township Planning Board and may be inspected, during normal business hours, in the Middle Township Planning/Zoning Office, Middle Township Municipal Building, Boyd and Mechanic Streets, Cape May Court House, New Jersey, by all interested parties at least ten (10) days prior to the said hearing. Further, any interested party may appear in person or by attorney at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Middle Township Planning/Zoning Board. This notice is sent pursuant to the requirements of the Municipal Land Use Law.
