NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the conclusion of a hearing held before it on May 14, 2026, the Township of Middle Zoning Board of Adjustment (the “Board”) granted amended preliminary and final major site plan approval to permit one (1) of the previously approved regular boat slips to be utilized for a marina support vessel, which will contain a ship store, employee area, laundry facilities and a restroom facility for the marina.
This plan of development described above concerns property shown as Block 313, Lot 122 on the Township of Middle Tax Map, which property is located at 925 Stone Harbor Boulevard, Township of Middle, Cape May County, New Jersey.
The decision of the Board was memorialized in a written Resolution adopted by the said Middle Township Zoning Board of Adjustment on June 11, 2026, and is available at the office of the Board Secretary of the Middle Township Planning Board/Zoning Office and may be inspected, during normal business hours, in the Middle Township Zoning Office, Middle Township Municipal Building, 33 Mechanic Street, Cape May Court House, New Jersey during regular business hours.
