PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 9th day of July 2026 at 6:00 P.M., at the Middle Township Municipal Building, located at Boyd and Mechanic Streets, Cape May Court House, New Jersey 08210, the Middle Township Zoning Board will hold a hearing on the application wherein the Applicant seeks to subdivide the existing oversized lot into three (3) lots for development of single family dwellings. Applicant requires relief as single family residence is not a permitted use in the zone. Applicant also requires variance approval for lot area, lot width, lot frontage, minimum side yard aggregate, minimum parking buffer to building for proposed Lot 13.01. Front yard setback and side yard setback are pre-exiting non-conforming conditions. Proposed Lot 13.02 required variance relief for lot area, lot frontage, buffer to residential zone, and buffer to residential use. Proposed Lot 13.03 requires variance relief for lot width, lot frontage, lot area, front yard setback, side yard aggragate and minimum parking buffer to building. Applicant requests any and all additional variances, waivers and/or approvals the Zoning Board may deem necessary.
A copy of the said application and accompanying documents will be on file with the Secretary of the Middle Township Planning/Zoning Board Officer at least ten (10) days prior to the said hearing and may be inspected, during normal business hours, in the Middle Township Zoning Office, Middle Township Municipal Building, Boyd and Mechanic Streets, Cape May Court House, New Jersey. Further, any interested party may appear in person or by attorney at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Middle Township Zoning Board. This notice is published pursuant to the requirements of the Municipal Land Use Law.
