NOTIFICATION
Take notice that an application for a CAFRA individual permit has been submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Land Resource Protection for the development described below.

Project Name: Hideaway Beach Condos – 2″ gas pipeline extension
Project Description:
South Jersey Gas is proposing to install a new 2″ plastic gas pipeline extension in Middle Township. It will start at the intersection of SR 47 & South St then run west along South St to the end. In addition, lines will branch off of South St along VIP Rd, Ivy Rd, Juniper Rd, Holly Rd, Gumwood Rd, Fur Rd, Elm Rd, Dogwood Rd, Cedar Rd, Birch Rd and Ash Rd. The 2″ line will be installed to provide gas service to the residential customers along those roads.

The complete permit application package can be reviewed at either the municipal clerk’s office in the municipality in which the site subject to the application is located, or by appointment at the Department’s Trenton Office. Either a 30 day public comment period or public hearing will be held on the application in the future. Individuals may request a public hearing on the applications within 15 calendar days of the date of this notice. Requests for a public hearing shall be sent to the Department at the address below and shall state the specific nature of the issues to be raised at the hearing.
