PLEASE TAKE NOTICE thaton the 14th day of April, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time, at the Middle Township Municipal Building, located at Boyd & Mechanic Streets, Cape May Court House, New Jersey 08210, the Middle Township Planning Board will hold a hearing on the application for minor subdivision and development of the subject property submitted by the Applicant, JFLF Company, LLC. Applicant seeks all required approvals and relief so as to permit the subdivision of the existing parcel located in the Township’s Residential (“R”) Zoning District into two lots, proposed Lots 22.01 and 22.02. Additionally, the Applicant is seeking variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55-70(c)(2), as well as Chapter 250-404 of the Middle Township Municipal Code pertaining to bulk requirement of minimum lot area for newly proposed Lot 22.02. Additionally, Applicant requests waivers from providing a traffic study, environmental impact assessment, and community impact statement. The Applicant also requests any and all additional variances, approvals, and/or waivers that the Board or its professionals may deem necessary either prior to or at the time of the hearing on this application.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the said application and accompanying documents will be on file with the Secretary of the Middle Township Planning Board/Zoning Officer and may be inspected, during normal business hours, in the Middle Township Zoning Office, Middle Township Municipal Building, Boyd & Mechanic Streets, Cape May Court House, New Jersey, by all interested parties at least ten (10) days prior to the said hearing. Further, any interested party may appear in person or by attorney at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Middle Township Planning Board. This notice is being sent pursuant to the requirements of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law.
