PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to the Alcoholic Beverage Issuing Authority of the Township of Middle, County of Cape May, State of New Jersey, for the person-to-person transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License Number 0506-33-001-009, presently held by TSP Rio, LLC. The subject license is presently sited to real property located at 3305 & 3407 Route 9, Rio Grande, New Jersey 08242. The proposed transferee is TT TZ Liquor, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company whose membership consists of Thomas Zerbo and Timothy L. Tower. The street address of the proposed transferee is 100 S. Shore Road, Suite C, Marmora, New Jersey 08223. It is the present intention of the Applicant to continue to site the license to its presently sited location at 3305 & 3407 Route 9, Rio Grande, New Jersey 08242.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any objections to the proposed liquor license transfer, if any, should be made in writing and delivered to the Municipal Clerk of the Township of Middle, at the Middle Township Municipal Building, located at 33 Mechanic Street, Cape May Court House, New Jersey 08210.
