PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 10th day of September, 2026 at 6:00 P.M., at the Middle Township Municipal Building, located at Boyd and Mechanic Streets, Cape May Court House, New Jersey 08210, the Middle Township Zoning Board will hold a hearing on the application for development of the undersigned. Applicant proposes to renovate and expand the existing single-family dwelling, construct a second floor and install a wheelchair ramp. Applicant seeks variance relief from maximum building and lot coverage and minimum side yard and front yard setbacks. Variance relief is also required from the Township’s Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance (chapter 146). Existing non-conformities such as lot area and rear setback will remain. The applicant may request any additional variances, waivers and/or approvals the Zoning Board may deem necessary.
A copy of the said application and accompanying documents will be on file with the Secretary of the Middle Township Zoning Board at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing and may be inspected, during normal business hours, in the Middle Township Zoning Office, Middle Township Municipal Building, Boyd and Mechanic Streets, Cape May Court House, New Jersey, by all interested parties. This notice is sent/published pursuant to the requirements of the Municipal Land Use Law.
