PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 11th day of June, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time, at the Middle Township Municipal Building, located at Boyd & Mechanic Streets, Cape May Court House, New Jersey 08210, the Middle Township Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on the application for development of the undersigned. Applicants seek all required approvals and relief to utilize the property located at 38 S. Delsea Drive, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210 (the “Property”) as an animal grooming and boarding establishment. In order to utilize the Property, as proposed herein, Applicants require the granting of a use variance, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(d)(1) as such use is not permitted, by right, in either the B Zoning District or the RC Zoning District. Applicant also seeks relief for certain pre-existing, non-conforming, conditions that exist on the Property, which are not being exacerbated in any way through this application. The Applicant also requests any, and all, other variances, approvals, and/or waivers that the Board may deem necessary at the time of the hearing on this application.


A copy of the said application and accompanying documents will be on file with Secretary of the Middle Township Zoning Board of Adjustment/Zoning Official and may be inspected, during normal business hours, in the Middle Township Zoning Office, Middle Township Municipal Building, Boyd & Mechanic Streets, Cape May Court House, New Jersey, by all interested parties at least ten (10) days prior to the said hearing. Further, any interested party may appear in person or by attorney at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Middle Township Zoning Board of Adjustment. This notice is being sent pursuant to the requirements of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law.
