NOTICE OF ORDINANCE 645 (2026)
Notice of Ordinance 645(2026) entitled “AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST WILDWOOD AMENDING SECTION 340, ARTICLE VI: TC-AHO TOWN COMMERCIAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING OVERLAY ZONE AND SECTION 340, ARTICLE VIII: MARINE COMMERCIAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING OVERLAY ZONE TO INCREASE THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING SET ASIDE TO 20 PERCENT REGARDLESS OF UNIT TYPE”, is hereby given that the aforementioned Ordinance was introduced for the first reading at the Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on February 6, 2026 and that said Ordinance will be further considered for final reading and adoption after a Public Hearing to be held at the Regular Commission Meeting to be held on March 6, 2026, at 7:00pm prevailing time in the Borough of West Wildwood Municipal Building, 701 W. Glenwood Avenue. A copy of the full Ordinance is on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk for use and examination by the Public at the West Wildwood Municipal Building Monday through Friday excluding Holidays, between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.
