NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Committee of the Borough of Wildwood Crest, County of Cape May, State of New Jersey, on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. in the Commissioners Meeting Room, Borough Hall, 6101 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood Crest, New Jersey 08260 at which time the said sealed bids will be publicly opened and read for the following:
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND SERVICING OF VENDING MACHINES
All proposals shall be submitted on the Bid Proposal Form approved for this proposal together with all required documentation and information required by the Terms, Conditions and Bid Specifications. Copies of such Terms, Conditions and Bid Specifications, Proposal Form, this advertisement, Bid Information Packet and other contract documents may be obtained from Patricia A. Feketics, Borough Clerk, 6101 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood Crest, NJ 08260 (609-729- 8040) and may be inspected or obtained during normal working hours of (8:30-4:00) and the bidder must absolutely comply with all of the terms of the said documents. All bids must be clearly addressed, sealed and mailed or delivered to:
Patricia A. Feketics, Borough Clerk, 6101 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood Crest, NJ 08260 and should state “SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND SERVICING OF VENDING MACHINES ” or similar legend on the outside of the envelope
The Borough of Wildwood Crest reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it deems it is in the best public interest to do so, and/or to waive any informality in any bid.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of Public Laws of 1975, Chapter 127, Affirmative Action Requirements, Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27-1 et seq.
