ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids, addressed to Kimberly Osmundsen, Township Clerk, will be received up to 11:00 am prevailing time, on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 25th, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room in Township Hall, 33 Mechanic Street, Cape May Court House, New Jersey, 08210, for the following:
ELECTRICAL SERVICE AND REPAIR FOR TOWNSHIP OF MIDDLE
Forms, instructions, specifications, and other documents may be examined or obtained at the Finance Department during normal office hours at the above address or by emailing the Purchasing Agent Dan Shustack at dshustack@middletownship.com.
Township Committee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.
Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
