NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
Notice of intent to award contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for furnishing of a Core & Main Base Station Renewal for the Cape May Water utility in the amount of $70,981.46, and accessories through Sourcewell Contract #040825-CAM-CAM. Information regarding the contract may be found at the City Purchasing office located at 643 Washington St, Cape May, NJ 08204, during regular business hours, as well as on the Sourcewell Cooperative at https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/
The City of Cape May joined the Sourcewell Cooperative (formerly NJPA) on September 5, 2023, through resolution R#232-09-2023.
The Sourcewell Cooperative contract expiration for #040825-CAM-CAM is October 2, 2029.
It is the intent of the City Qualified Purchasing Agent to recommend to the City of Cape May governing body to make a contract award to:

The City of Cape May is permitted to join Sourcewell National Cooperative under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
The comment period ends on February 17, 2026. It is anticipated that a resolution of award will be approved by the governing body of the City of Cape May on February 17, 2026.
