NOTICE OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
The aforementioned resolution was duly passed by the Borough Council of the Borough of Woodbine, Cape May County, New Jersey, at a meeting of said council held on January 22, 2026. The resolution authorized and approved a non-fair and open contract, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, without competitive bidding, as a professional service, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i).
