PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that the North Wildwood Planning Board (Board) has awarded a contract without competitive bidding as a professional service as a fair & open contract pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5. Pursuant to the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, specifically NJSA 40:55D-24 & 40: 55D-69, a municipality’s Board is granted the power to employ, contract for, & fix the compensation for professionals, experts & other service providers as it deems necessary for the effective completion of their appointed duties. These contract(s) & Resolution authorizing it are available for public inspection in the office of the Planning Board Secretary.

Resolution(s) memorializing the Board’s action was adopted at the January 21, 2026 Re-Organization meeting. Upon memorialization, said decision will be on file & available for inspection in the Office of the Planning Board Secretary, North Wildwood City Hall at 901 Atlantic Ave., North Wildwood, NJ.
