RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR HUMAN RESOURCES, TIMEKEEPING, ACA REPORTING & PAYROLL PROCESSING
SERVICES WITH PRIMEPOINT, LLC
WHEREAS, the City of Wildwood is in need of human resources, timekeeping, ACA Reporting and payroll processing services in 2026; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners desires to enter into a contract with PrimePoint, LLC, who is based in the State of New Jersey and whose services are tailored to municipal government; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Wildwood has certified that there are sufficient funds to retain the services of PrimePoint, LLC; and
WHEREAS, the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq.) requires that the resolution authorizing the award of contracts for “Professional Services and Unspecified Services” without competitive bids must be publicly advertised and the contract itself must be available for public inspection; and
WHEREAS, that the Business Disclosure Entity Certification and the Determination of Value be placed on file with this resolution;
WHEREAS, that if Affirmative Action Language be required and/or Business Registration Certificates be required, they be attached as addendums herein.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners of the City of Wildwood in the County of Cape May, New Jersey hereby enters into an agreement and contracts with PrimePoint, LLC of Westampton, NJ for a 2026 human resources, timekeeping, payroll and ACA reporting services, for an amount not to exceed Fifty-Seven Thousand and 00/100 dollars only ($57,000.00).
