NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN BY
MIDDLE TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD

The following action was taken by the Planning Board of the Township of Middle at a meeting held on January 13, 2026.
1. The Reorganization and Oaths of Office of the Board were undertaken and included the election of Anthony Anzelone as Chairman and Mark Saioni as Vice-Chairman. Professional appointments are Robert Belasco, Esq. as Board Attorney and Vincent Orlando, PE, of Engineering Design Associates as Board Engineer.
2. The application for Bradway Properties LLC regarding the property located at 3407 & 3505 Rte. 9 South, Block 1464.01 Lots 9& 10, seeking preliminary and final site plan approval, as well as variance relief, to develop Lot 10 with a retail bank facility was continued to the March 26, 2026 meeting.
3. The application for Lizanne Tracy regarding the property located at 13 3rd Avenue, Block 329.03 Lot 11.02, was moved to the February 10, 2026 meeting.
4. The following resolution was memorialized: Resolution #251204F Habitat for Humanity CM County Inc, 316 Sumner Street, Block 942 Lot 7.

Upon adoption by the Middle Township Planning Board, the memorializing resolutions referenced above or concerning the above matters will be on file at the Middle Township Zoning Office, 10 S Boyd St, C.M.C.H., NJ 08210
