By VIRTUE of a Writ of Execution issued out of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Cape May County, DOCKET NUMBER: F-011133-24 therein, pending wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, is the plaintiff and NORMA BADER, are the defendant(s), I shall expose for sale at public venue on: WEDNESDAY THE 4TH DAY OF MARCH A.D. 2026 at one o’clock in the afternoon at the Court House Building located at 9 N. The Sheriff or other person conducting the sale will have information regarding the surplus, if any.
