PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 9th day of November, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time, a hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Wildwood in the Commission Meeting Room, 2nd Floor of the Wildwood Municipal Building, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, NJ 08260, on the appeal or application of the above named applicant for Minor Subdivision Plan approval with variance relief from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance so as to re-subdivide the merged existing two lots back into a 30′ lot which will contain the existing single family home and a 60′ lot for future development..
The Applicant requests Minor Subdivision Approval with Variances Section 17-412.C.5. for: Minimum Lot Area where 3,600sf is required and 3,000sf is existing; Minimum Lot Frontage & Width where 40′ is required and 30′ is existing; and Minimum Side Yard Set Back where 6′ is required and 3.8′ & 4.2′ is existing.
Applicant requests any and all other variances, waivers and/or approvals deemed necessary by the board on the premises located at 514 W. Baker Avenue and designated as Block 101, Lots 30, 32 on the Tax Map of the City of Wildwood, located in the R-2 zone or district.
A copy of the said application and all maps and accompanying documents are available for public inspection during normal business hours in the Office of the Secretary of the Wildwood Planning & Zoning Board in the Wildwood Municipal Building, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, NJ 08260, by all interested parties at least ten (10) days prior to the said hearing. Further, any interested party may appear in person or by attorney at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Board.
