Take Notice that the Borough of Woodbine has submitted or will be submitting a Public Development application to the New Jersey Pinelands Commission for the construction of a ±0.53 acre aircraft parking area along with related stormwater improvements at Woodbine Airport on Block 125, Lot 1 in Woodbine Borough, Cape May County. The application is on file and available for inspection by appointment at the Pinelands Commission’s office. Action may be taken on the application after ten (10) days from the date this notice is published. Interested persons may submit written comments on the application to the Pinelands Commission and all such comments received within ten (10) days of the publication of this notice will be considered in the review of the application.

Any person who provides comments or requests a copy of the Executive Director’s findings and conclusion shall be provided a copy of said findings and conclusion. Any interested person who is aggrieved by said determination is entitled to a hearing by appealing the determination.
