Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative
Purchasing Agreement – ESCNJ Cooperative Purchasing.
The
Borough of Wildwood Crest intends to participate in the ESCNJ, Cooperative
Pricing System Contract #25/26-74 to procure services for Documents
Management for Records Retention and Disposal. Information regarding the contract may be

The
Borough of Wildwood Crest anticipates on adopting a Resolution awarding the
contract on October 7, 2026. It is the
intent of the Borough of Wildwood Crest to make a contract award to Foveonics
Document Solutions, 300 Columbus Circle, Suite I, Edison NJ 08837 through the ESCNJ
Cooperative Purchasing Program.
Borough of Wildwood Crest is permitted to join national
cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A.
52:34-6.2(b)(3).
