CITY OF WILDWOOD PLANNING/ZONING BOARD
NOTICE OF APPLICATION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Beach House Investment, LLC (the “Applicant”), has applied to the Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Wildwood, Cape May County, New Jersey seeking site plan approval and variance relief relating to a certain property that it owns located at 128 E. Garfield Avenue, Wildwood, New Jersey 08260, and also identified on the municipal tax map of the City of Wildwood as Block 155, Lots 21.02 & 22 (the “Property”). The Property is located in the Pacific Avenue Redevelopment Zoning District, Neighborhood Renewal Area Sub-zone. Through this application, the Applicant is proposing to develop the subject property by demolishing the existing improvements on the Property and constructing a three (3) unit multifamily residential dwelling, which is a permitted use in the subject zoning district. The Applicant is requesting variance relief pursuant to Section 17-414(D) of the City of Wildwood Land Development Ordinance, as well as the Pacific Avenue Redevelopment Plan adopted thereby, pertaining to minimum lot area, minimum lot frontage/width, minimum side yard setback, maximum driveway curb-cut, common driveway and contiguous curb/landscaping frontage. The Applicant is further requesting a waiver from the requirement to submit an environmental impact statement and lighting plan. Applicant also requests any and all variances, approvals, and/or waivers that the Board and/or its professionals may deem necessary at the time of the hearing on this application.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning/Zoning Board on this Application on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room located on the second floor of City Hall, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, New Jersey. If you have any comments regarding this Application, you have the right to attend the meeting and be heard. At least ten (10) days prior to the aforesaid date, the Application, as well as all supporting plans and documents, will be on file in the office of the Board Secretary at City Hall, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, New Jersey and available for inspection during normal working hours on any weekday. This Notice is given pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1, et seq.
