Take Notice that an application for an application for a major technical modification of a coastal CAFRA Individual Permit, has been submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Land Resource Protection for the development described below:

PROJECT NAME: North Wildwood Beachfront Public Access Amenities
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The application seeks authorization for the reconfiguration and relocation of four (4) public accessways within the rights-of-way of 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th Avenues; as well as public access amenities along the oceanfront in the City of North Wildwood. These modifications are associated with the previously issued Emergency Permit Authorization (NJDEP File No. 0507-03-0009.10 CAF260001) and also include the relocation of existing bicycle racks and benches on the subject property, as well as the installation of additional bicycle racks and benches to enhance public access and use.
