ORDINANCE 651 (2026)
Notice of Ordinance 651(2026) entitled “AMENDING THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST WILDWOOD SECTION 280-76 TO INCLUDE GROUND-FLOOR NON-CONVERSION AFFIDAVIT AND CERTIFICATION FORM” hereby given that the aforementioned Ordinance was introduced for the first reading at the Workshop Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on August 20, 2026 and that said Ordinance was considered for final reading and adoption after a Public Hearing held at the Regular Commission Meeting on September 4, 2026, at 9:00am prevailing time at which time Ordinance 651(2026) was finally adopted.
