NOTICE OF BOARD ACTION
TAKE NOTICE, in open meeting on August 20th, 2026, the West Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board took action on the following application.
Resolution – 2026-05; at that meeting of the Borough of West Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board (the “Board”) heard and considered the application of Michael and Angela Labrum (the “Applicant”), owners of the property located at 710 W. Pine Avenue, a/k/a Block 125, Lot 2 (the “Subject Property”), seeking minor subdivision approval and “C” variance relief in relation to the minimum side yard setback – proposed lot 2.02 (5ft. is required whereas 4.8ft. is proposed), minimum front yard setback to M Avenue – proposed lot 2.02 (10ft. is required whereas 8.9ft. is existing and proposed), and minimum front yard setback to Pine Avenue – proposed lot 2.02 (10ft. is required whereas 9.7ft. is existing and proposed), in order to subdivide the existing lot to create two conforming lots; is hereby approved, subject to the conditions
No other formal action was taken.
