PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Christina Pressinger filed an action seeking to have David Charles Williams declared incapacitated and to be appointed guardian of his person and property.
The hearing is scheduled for OCTOBER 6, 2026 AT 10:30 A.M. at the Cape May County Courthouse, 9 North Main Street, Cape May Court House, New Jersey. Any interested person may appear at the hearing and be heard. Any written response must be filed with the Cape May County Surrogate and served upon counsel for Petitioner at KingBarnes, LLC by SEPTEMBER 28, 2026.
