NOTICE OF ORDINANCE 651 (2026)
Notice of Ordinance 651(2026) entitled “AMENDING THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST WILDWOOD SECTION 280-76 TO INCLUDE GROUND-FLOOR NON-CONVERSION AFFIDAVIT AND CERTIFICATION FORM”, is hereby given that the aforementioned Ordinance was introduced for the first reading at the Workshop Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on August 20, 2026 and that said Ordinance will be further considered for final reading and adoption after a Public Hearing to be held at the Regular Commission Meeting to be held on September 4, 2026, at 7:00pm prevailing time in the Borough of West Wildwood Municipal Building, 701 W. Glenwood Avenue. A copy of the full Ordinance is on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk for use and examination by the Public at the West Wildwood Municipal Building Monday through Friday excluding Holidays, between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.
