YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to serve upon the Law Offices of Monzo Catanese DeLollis, P.C., Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 211 Bayberry Drive, Suite 2A, cape May Court House, NJ 08210, an answer to the Complaint filed in a civil action in which DENISE S. CASTRO, is a plaintiff and JOHN E. BARTLESON, III, et als., are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Cape May County, and bearing Docket Number F-3784-26 within 35 days after August 6, 2026 exclusive of such date or if published after August 6, 2026, 35 days after the actual date of publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, CN-971, Trenton, New Jersey, 08625, together with your check in the sum of $175.00 representing the filing fee in accordance with the rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a tax sale certificate no. 2008-5450 dated January 29, 2008, made by Sandra Beasley, to Township of Middle, recorded on January 30, 2008 in Book 4700, of mortgages for Cape May County, page 889, thereafter assigned by Township of Middle to Plaintiff on October 23, 2025 and recorded on October 27, 2025 in Book 6851, of mortgages for Cape May County, pages 1-2, and (2) to recover possession of, and concerns premises commonly known as 402 Edgewood Avenue, Rio Grande, NJ 08242, Block 1129, Lot 12.
