TAKE NOTICE: The Planning Board of the Borough of Wildwood Crest held a regular meeting on 5 August 2026 and at that meeting took the following action:
Application PB-25-03 for 7802 Atlantic Avenue a/k/a blk 100.01 lots 1.02 in Zone R-2 owner Joseph & Pamela D’Occhio; seeking “C” Variances.
Adjourned to 2 September 2026. No additional notice required.
The next regular meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled 2 September 2026 at 5 p.m.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all supporting documentation is available for public inspection at the Borough of Wildwood Crest Municipal Clerk’s Office and Wildwood Crest Land Use Office located at 6101 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood Crest, New Jersey 08260 during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
