Notice of Contracts Awarded
The Borough of Wildwood Crest has awarded the following contracts as a professional service (or extraordinary, unspecifiable service) pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1) (a) on August 5, 2026. The contracts have not been awarded through a “fair and open process” pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4, et seq. This contract and the resolution authorizing are on file and available for public inspection in the Office of the Borough Clerk.
