NOTICE OF BOARD ACTION
TAKE NOTICE, in open meeting on July 16th, 2026, the West Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board took action on the following application.
Resolution – 2026-04; at that meeting the Borough of West Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board (the “Board”) heard and considered the application of Nicholas and Jacqueline McGonigle (the “Applicant”), owners of the property located at 604 W. Poplar Avenue, a/k/a Block 134, Lot 3 (the “Subject Property”), seeking minor subdivision approval and “C” variance relief in relation to the minimum side yard setback – proposed lot 3.02 (5ft. is required whereas 3.8ft. is proposed), and minimum rear yard setback – proposed lot 3.02 (10ft. is required whereas 9.6ft. is existing and proposed), in order to subdivide the existing lot to create two (2) 40ft. x 80ft. lots; is hereby approved, subject to the conditions
No other formal action was taken.
All documents related to the above-referenced Board action are on file with the Board Secretary at Borough Hall and are available for inspection during normal working hours, 9:00 – 4:00 Monday through Friday.
