PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN that in an open public meeting on June 25, 2026 the City of Cape May Zoning Board of Adjustment approved an application submitted by the applicant, 420 Perry Street, LLC, related to the property located at 420 and 422 West Perry Street, Cape May, New Jersey, also known as Block 1031, Lot 15 on the Tax Map of the City of Cape May. The Board granted approval for variance relief to construct a frame shed with associated site improvements. The Board subsequently memorialized its approval in Resolution No. 07-23-2026:2 during its July 23, 2026 open public meeting.
