NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the conclusion of a hearing held before it on June 1, 2026, the City of Sea Isle City Zoning Board of Adjustment granted bulk variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70c to permit a building on a lot less than 3,500 sq. ft., relief from the minimum lot area, minimum lot depth, front yard building setback, and rear yard building setback requirements, all to permit the construction of a new single-family residence on the subject property located within the R-2 Residential Zoning District.
This plan of development concerns vacant property located at 29 30th Street, Sea Isle City, New Jersey, and shown as Lot 1.01 in Block 29.02 on the Sea Isle City Tax Map.
The decision of the Board was memorialized in a written Resolution adopted by the said City of Sea Isle City Zoning Board of Adjustment on July 6, 2026, and is available at the office of the Zoning Board Secretary, City Hall, 233 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, 3rd Floor, Sea Isle City, New Jersey, during regular business hours.
