PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on August 3, 2026 at 6:00 PM, a hearing will be conducted before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Stone Harbor at the Municipal Building located at 9508 Second Avenue, Stone Harbor, New Jersey. Applicant seeks variance relief to raise, expand, and renovate the existing dwelling located at 397 94th Street, Stone Harbor, New Jersey 08247, designated as Block 94.04, Lot 170 on the official tax map of the Borough. Variance relief is requested for side yard setback to the principal structure and for side yard setback to the proposed pool. Existing nonconformities relating lot area and lot width will remain unchanged. The Applicant may request any and all additional variances, waivers and/or approvals the Zoning Board may deem necessary.
