PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that a public hearing was held on June 17, 2026 meeting of the North Wildwood Planning Board at which a hearing the following application(s) was heard & the following action(s) taken:
RE: 2009 Atlantic Ave, LLC

1113 Hoffman Canal
Block: 121.02, Lot: 1
R-2 Zoning District
The application submitted by 2009 Atlantic Ave, LLC seeks variance approval of a proposed siteplan requesting multiple variances application concerning the property located at 1113 Hoffman Canal, Block 121.02, Lot 1, in the City’s R-2 Zoning District.
The North Wildwood Planning Board conducted a regularly scheduled public meeting on June 17, 2026 to hear the above referenced application. The North Wildwood Planning Board has determined that the relief requested by the Applicant cannot be granted without substantial detriment to the public good & without substantially impairing the intent or purpose of the Zoning Map & Land Development Ordinance. The application was DENIED by the Planning Board. Resolution(s) memorializing the Board’s action was adopted at the July 15, 2026 scheduled meeting. Upon memorialization, said decision will be on file & available for inspection in City Hall at 901 Atlantic Ave., North Wildwood, NJ.
