NOTICE OF ACTIONS TAKEN BY BOARD
BOROUGH OF WOODBINE
LAND USE BOARD
TAKE NOTICE that on the 10th day of June 2026, the Land Use Board of the Borough of Woodbine in the County of Cape May took the following actions:
The Combined Land Use Board (CLUB) pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-7, determined that the Borough Wide Redevelopment Plan dated March 27, 2026, was substantially consistent with the Master Plan of the Borough of Woodbine. The Board recommended that the Mayor and Council adopt the Plan and that the Borough Planner’s recommendations and comments be incorporated into the resolution along with other items set forth in the record of the hearing, though not set forth in the resolution.
Resolution No. 4-7-2026 memorializing decisions of the Woodbine Land Use Board with respect to the above matter was adopted at the last regular meeting of said Board on July 8, 2026. This Resolution is filed in the office of the Municipal Clerk and is available for public inspection.
