PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that a public hearing was held during the June 25, 2026, meeting of the Township of Dennis Consolidated Land Use Board (Board) at which meeting the following application(s) was heard & the following action(s) taken. The Board at its July 23, 2026, meeting has memorialized Application(s):
RE: Salamone Group Corporation

Block 262, Lot 7
CVC – Clermont Village Center
Preliminary & Final Major Site Plan Review
The Board heard & considered the application of Salamone Group Corporation (Applicant), contractor and agent for real property located at 1944 Route 9 N., Dennis Township, New Jersey 08210, a/k/a Block 262, Lot 7 (the “Property”), seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval in order to construct a 9,600 sq. ft. freestanding warehouse and five (5) new off-street parking spaces on the Property. The application was unanimously approved by the Board upon conclusion of the application presentation by the Applicant and its professionals.
Resolution(s) memorializing the Board’s action was adopted at the July 23, 2026, scheduled meeting of the Dennis Township Consolidated Land Use Board. Upon memorialization, said decision will be on file & available for inspection in the Township of Dennis Municipal Building, located at 571 Petersburg Road, Dennisville, New Jersey 08214.
