REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Statements of Qualifications will be received by the City of Wildwood (the “City”) on August 25, 2026 by 3:30 p.m. from prospective Redevelopers (“Respondents”) for Block 150, Lot 1 within the Wildwood Back Bay Redevelopment Area, in accordance with the specifications herein. Submissions shall be made in an opaque, sealed envelope(s), marked as, “Response to RFQ: Wildwood Back Bay Redevelopment Area”, indicating the person or entity making the proposal, with the name of an authorized representative and phone number. A courtesy copy in .pdf format shall also be submitted via e-mail. Qualifications shall be addressed to:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS are in this Information Packet which is available online at www.wildwoodnj.gov or at the Office of the City Clerk in City Hall, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, New Jersey. Questions should be directed to the City Clerk at (609) 522-2444, during regular business hours 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all qualifications and/or waive any informality in any response, without disclosure of the reason therefore, and reserves the right to forthwith revoke the privileges granted, condition or regulate the operation of, and management of, said approval, and the decision of the City shall be deemed final both in law and in equity.
Addenda, if any, will be issued on the City website at www.wildwoodnj.gov. Accordingly, all interested Respondents shall check the website from now through the submission deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
