NOTICE OF FINAL ADOPTION
ORDINANCE 650 (2026)
Notice of Ordinance 649(2026) entitled “TO REPEAL AND REPLACE CHAPTER 520-25 TO 520-30 ENTITLED “HANDICAPPED PARKING ZONE” IN THE BOROUGH OF WEST WILDWOOD, CAPE MAY COUNTY, NEW JERSEY PARKS BEACHES AND RECREATION AREA” OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST WILDWOOD,” hereby given that the aforementioned Ordinance was introduced for the first reading at the Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on June 5, 2026 and that said Ordinance was considered for final reading and adoption after a Public Hearing held at the Regular Commission Meeting on July 2, 2026, at 9:00am prevailing time at which time Ordinance 650(2026) was finally adopted.
