NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT
UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT

Notice of intent to award a contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement to Enterprise Fleet Management Inc., 2281 Ball Drive, Maryland Heights, MO 63416-8603, for Fleet Management Services from Sourcewell Contract #112025-EFM. Information regarding the contract may be found at the Municipal Clerk’s office at 9508 Second Avenue, Stone Harbor, New Jersey 08247, during regular business hours and on the Sourcewell Cooperative at https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/.
The Sourcewell Cooperative contract for #112025-EFM expires on May 30, 2030.
The Qualified Purchasing Agent intends to recommend to the governing body that a contract be issued to Enterprise Fleet Management Inc., 2281 Ball Drive, Maryland Heights, MO 63416-8603, for Fleet Management Services.

The Borough of Stone Harbor can join Sourcewell National Cooperative under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).

The comment period ends on the day of the advertised public meeting. At this time, it is anticipated that the Stone Harbor governing body will approve a resolution awarding on July 7, 2026.
