ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC NOTICE
Please be advised that the undersigned has applied to the Cape May Zoning Board of Adjustment seeking variance relief for property located at 107 Ocean Street (Block 1057, Lot 25), City of Cape May, New Jersey. The lot is currently developed with a four-unit multi-family dwelling. The Applicant proposes to convert the existing dwelling to a single-family home. No changes are proposed to the property. Variance relief is sought to permit the change in use and for relief from lot coverage requirements. Existing nonconformities relating to lot area, front/rear/side setbacks, and off-street parking will remain. The Applicant may request any additional variances and/or waivers identified by the Board and its professionals.
The Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on this application on June 25, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., at the Cape May City Hall Auditorium, 643 Washington Street, Cape May, New Jersey. All documents pertaining to this application will be on file with the Zoning Board Secretary in Cape May City Hall (643 Washington Street) at least 10 days prior to the hearing and will be available for public review during regular business hours (M-F 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM).
