BOROUGH OF STONE HARBOR
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
TAKE NOTICE that the Stone Harbor Zoning Board had their Regular Meeting on June 8th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at which time the following matters were considered, and the following DECISIONS were made:
1. Memorialize Resolution #1005-2026, Clas/Morrow, 43 Bower Court, was approved and adopted allowing variance relief to raise and renovate the existing dwelling.
2. Memorialize Resolution #1007-2026, Raub, 270-106th Street, was approved and adopted allowing variance relief to renovate the existing two-family dwelling.
THIS NOTICE is made pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10 (I). Minutes of the meeting are on file with the Secretary of the Zoning Board, Borough of Stone Harbor, 9508 Second Avenue, Stone Harbor, New Jersey, and are available for public inspection during normal business hours.
