ORDINANCE NO. 2008
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 418, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH WILDWOOD, REGARDING TAXICAB AND RIDESHARE PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF AREAS
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of North Wildwood in the County of Cape May, State of New Jersey, as follows:
Section One. All of the ordinances or portions of ordinances that have been codified in the Code of the City of North Wildwood at §418-19 are hereby amended to the extent that §418-19 shall henceforth read as follows:
§ 418-19. Taxicab and Rideshare Pick-up and Drop-off Areas.
A. The following locations are hereby designated as Taxicab and Rideshare Pick-up and Drop-off Areas, to be in effect from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM from the Thursday before Memorial Day through Labor Day:
