PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 3, 2026 at 5:00 PM, a hearing will be conducted before the Wildwood Crest Planning Board at the Municipal Building, 6101 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood Crest, NJ, on the application of the undersigned so as to permit a subdivision of the subject property located at 401 Toledo Avenue and designated as Block 126.02, Lot Nos. 1,3,5,7, and 9.01 on the Wildwood Crest Tax Map and further to permit the construction of three single family homes on the newly formed lots. No variances are requested at this time. The applicant may request such additional variances and/or waivers as may be identified by the Board or its professionals.
All maps and documents relating to this application may be examined at the Land Use Office at Borough Hall, 6101 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood Crest any weekday between 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Access to the building and files can be obtained by contacting the Planning Board Secretary at (609) 729-8089.
