YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Shnayder Law Firm, LLC, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 148 East Street Road, Suite 352, Feasterville, PA, 19053, phone # (215) 834-3103, an answer to the Complaint, amended complaint and amendment(s) and order(s), if any, filed in a civil action in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SUCH, THE TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF WFL HOMES TRUST, is Plaintiff and Valerie Cudworth, his/her heirs, devisees, and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest and Unknown Spouse of Valerie Cudworth, his/her heirs, devisees, and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest; William Cudworth III, his/her heirs, devisees, and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest; Unknown Spouse of William Cudworth III, his/her heirs, devisees, and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest; Joseph Cudworth, his/her heirs, devisees, and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest; Unknown Spouse of Joseph Cudworth, his/her heirs, devisees, and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest; and Mountainside Hospital, et al are defendant(s), pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Cape May, and bearing Docket No.: F-003009-26, within thirty-five (35) days after the date of publication of this notice, exclusive of the date of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint, amended complaint, amendment(s), order(s), if any. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex, 25 West Market Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated July 30, 2010, made by Valerie Cudworth, as mortgagor(s) to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., recorded on August 9, 2010, for Cape May County in Book 5037, Page 136, of Mortgages for said County , which mortgage was assigned to plaintiff, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SUCH, THE TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF WFL HOMES TRUST by Assignment dated October 23, 2025, and recorded on December 11, 2025, in Book A373, Page 978, Instrument 2025083763; and (2) to recover possession of, and concerns premises commonly known as 106 E. Atlantic Ave, Villas, NJ 08251, Lot 3, Block 97.

YOU, Valerie Cudworth, his/her heirs, devisees, and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest; William Cudworth III, his/her heirs, devisees, and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest; Unknown Spouse of William Cudworth III, his/her heirs, devisees, and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest; Joseph Cudworth, his/her heirs, devisees, and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest; Unknown Spouse of Joseph Cudworth, his/her heirs, devisees, and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest, are hereby made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you are the record owners of the mortgaged premises and because you executed the bond or note OR you are the unknown heirs of the record owner of the mortgaged premises who executed the bond or note and mortgage being foreclosed herein and may be liable for any deficiency thereon, and for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or against the mortgaged premises.
YOU, Unknown Spouse of Valerie Cudworth, his/her heirs, devisees, and personal representatives, and his, her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest, are hereby made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you are the spouse or civil partner of the record owner of the mortgaged premises who executed the bond or note and mortgage being foreclosed herein and may be liable for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or against the mortgaged premises.
YOU, Mountainside Hospital, are hereby made a party defendant to this foreclosure action by virtue of a judgment against William Cudworth, under Docket DJ-117745-2009, on May 15, 2009.
