PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 8th day of June, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time, a hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Wildwood in the Commission Meeting Room, 2nd Floor of the Wildwood Municipal Building, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, NJ 08260, on the appeal or application of the above named applicant for approval to renovate the interior of the existing building and change its use from the current church use to commercial on the first floor and two (2), six (6) bedroom J-1 housing units on the second floor.
Variance relief from Section 4.4 of the PARZ Ordinance is requested, for off street parking where no parking currently exists and eight (8) parking spaces are required. Applicant requests any and all other variances, waivers and/or approvals deemed necessary by the board on the premises located at 3204-3208 Pacific Avenue and designated as Block 200, Lot 2 on the Tax Map of the City of Wildwood, located in the PARZ zone or district.
A copy of the said application and all maps and accompanying documents are available for public inspection during normal business hours in the Office of the Secretary of the Wildwood Planning & Zoning Board in the Wildwood Municipal Building, 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, NJ 08260, by all interested parties at least ten (10) days prior to the said hearing. Further, any interested party may appear in person or by attorney at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Board.
