PUBLIC NOTICE

 

You are hereby notified that the undersigned has applied to the City of Cape May Planning Board seeking preliminary major subdivision approval in order to create 22 conforming single-family lots at the vacant property currently located at Block 1177, Lot 1, Block 1178, Lot 1, Block 1188, Lot 1, and Block 1189, Lot 1 on the Official Tax Map of the City of Cape May. Variance relief is requested for retaining wall height pursuant to City Code Section 525-57D.  The Applicant may request variances and/or waivers as may be identified by the Board and its professionals. 

The Cape May City Planning Board will hold a public hearing on this application on May 26, 2026 at 6:00 PM, at the Cape May City Hall Auditorium, 643 Washington Street, Cape May, New Jersey.  All documents pertaining to this application will be on file with the Planning Board Secretary in Cape May City Hall (643 Washington Street, Cape May) at least 10 days prior to the hearing and will be available for public review during regular business hours (M-F 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM).  Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein accordance with the rules of the Cape May City Planning Board.
