ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE OF HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In compliance with the pertinent provisions of the City of Sea Isle City Zoning and Land Development Ordinance, and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed with the City of Sea Isle City Zoning Board of Adjustment for variance relief to permit the construction of a new single-family residence on property located at 29 30th Street, Sea Isle City, New Jersey, and shown as Lot 1.01 in Block 29.02 on the Sea Isle City Tax Map.
The Applicant proposes to develop this vacant, undersized lot of record located within the R-2 Residential Zoning District with a modern, flood-compliant, architecturally cohesive single-family dwelling, together with customary and related site improvements. The proposed development requires bulk variance relief from the minimum lot area, minimum lot depth, front yard building setback, rear yard building setback requirements and any and all other variances or waivers the Board may reasonably require in the exercise of its discretion, and without further public notice.
Public hearing on the above-mentioned application has been scheduled for June 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Sea Isle City Council Meeting Room located at City Hall, 233 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, 3rd Floor, Sea Isle City, New Jersey, at which time and place any interested party (as defined in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-4) will have an opportunity to be heard.
Please take notice that the Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, adjourn, postpone or continue said hearing from time to time by providing oral notification at the time of the hearing and without requiring the publication or service of further notices and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the City of Sea Isle City Zoning Board of Adjustment Office concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuations.
All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public during regular business hours in the office of the Zoning Board Secretary, City Hall, 233 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, 3rd Floor, Sea Isle City, New Jersey
